Participation and integration

Palet is a provincial institution on migrant issues, sponsored by the Provincial Government. Our main goal is to stimulate the participation and integration of migrants in the society. We support and activate all parties that can contribute to the development of and the care for the multicultural society.

Main issues
Dealing with unemployment, improving school performance, creating more chances for youth and improving the living conditions in neighbourhoods are some of the challenges Palet takes on.

Institutions who want to provide suitable services for migrants, can approach Palet. Companies, searching for foreign staff or willing to adapt their products to changing consumer markets, can rely on assistance from Palet.

Palet provides courses on the interculturalisation of services, working methods and personnel policies.

A multicultural organisation

Consultants of Palet can advise and cooperate with organizations and institutions in finding answers to questions, on the basis of broad and specialized knowledge, insights, and network built up over the years.
